MyCadetship exists so marine cadets can share what training and sea time are actually like — not the brochure version.
Companies spend a lot of money selling a cadetship. Cadets who have already been through Phase 1 to Phase 5 are in a better position to tell you how support, sea time, and culture really feel on Deck, Engine, or ETO pathways.
Every experience is checked before it is published. We verify that the writer is a genuine cadet, and we will not publish defamatory, abusive, or one-sided attacks. We ask for a balanced account: what worked, and what did not.
You can choose to appear under your name or as an anonymous cadet. Your email and phone number are never shown on the public site.
